Problem with the Products Received

Products can be returned or exchanged if they have quality defects or issues such as: major damage, poor quality material, expired/spoiled items upon delivery, or a major difference between the product ordered and the product received. Customers may be required to cover the shipping fee for the return unless specified otherwise. We will process your replacement or refund as long as we receive the returned package with all relevant tracking information.

Missing Items, Wrong Items or Package Sent

A resolution or reshipment is offered for missing or wrongly shipped items. Please be sure to open your parcel and inspect the contents upon delivery.
